What is Element Tattoo Supply’s store policy?
We encourage our customers to read and become familiar with our store policy. Our goal is to be as transparent as possible so your buying experience with Element Tattoo Supply is smooth, clear, and the best it can be.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders ship from California or Nashville, depending on stock availability.
What is your shipping policy?
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Once an order is shipped and marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Element Tattoo Supply is not responsible for loss, theft, or misdelivery. Shipping timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.
For added peace of mind, customers are encouraged to add Route Package Protection at checkout, which covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages and handles claims directly.
Do you offer flat-rate shipping?
Yes. U.S. orders over $150 (48 contiguous states only) qualify for $4.99 flat-rate shipping.
Bulk items are excluded from flat-rate shipping and ship based on weight, dimensions, and delivery requirements. Additional shipping charges may apply. Read full Bulk Item Policy
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Customers outside the United States are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing, and certain items may not be eligible for international shipping due to regulations.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible and unused items in original, unopened packaging. Returned items must be received within the return window to be eligible.

Which items are final sale and not returnable?
Due to health, safety, and hygiene standards, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

What if I receive a defective item?
Any defective or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Items reported outside this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
How does warranty and manufacturer support work?
Product warranties and technical support are handled directly by the manufacturer, unless an issue is reported within 30 days of delivery. Manufacturers typically prefer to provide direct support for products under warranty. Element Tattoo Supply may assist by providing documentation or contact information but is not responsible for manufacturer warranty decisions or repair timelines.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If returned, standard return terms apply, including restocking and shipping fees.

What is your discount and promotion policy?
Discounts and promo codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after an order is placed. Discounts do not apply to sale items unless stated. Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly noted. Promotions do not apply to shipping, taxes, or excluded products. No retroactive price adjustments are offered. Misuse of discount codes may result in order cancellation. Discounts cannot be used on gift cards unless noted. All promotions end at the listed date and time.
Do I agree to this policy when I place an order?
Yes. By placing an order with Element Tattoo Supply, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Store Policy. Element Tattoo Supply reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
