EGO R12 - Bez’s tattoo machine, the EGO R12 Plus, The EGO R12 Plus Cartridge Machine design and power with an anodized T6 aluminum core and a brushless Swiss Maxon motor. The softness of the machine can be adjusted like all other EGO machines, but instead of utilizing the power triangle system, the give of the EGO R12 Plus is adjusted by changing the small rubber tip located at the end of the needle bar. Additional rubber tips are included with the machine and they are graded Hard (black), Medium (red), and Soft (yellow).

The EGO R12 Plus also comes with a vice connector, making this machine compatible with all cartridge grip styles. An added feature of the EGO R12 Plus is an antibacterial coating to maintain hygiene.
