Element Tattoo Supply stands behind the products we sell and works closely with our manufacturing partners to ensure quality and reliability. 

If your product is still under warranty, the manufacturer usually handles support directly. Don’t worry—we’ll gather the necessary information and help guide you through the support process.

Tattoo Machines & Electronic Equipment

  • Tattoo machines and electronic equipment are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, not by Element Tattoo Supply.

  • Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are determined by the manufacturer.

  • All warranty claims, repairs, or replacements must be handled directly with the manufacturer.

  • We are happy to assist by providing purchase documentation or manufacturer contact information when needed.

Defective Items (Non-Electronic)

  • If you receive a defective non-electronic item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Do not use the product.

  • Photos or additional documentation may be required to evaluate the issue.

Exclusions

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper setup, or modification

  • Damage resulting from improper storage or handling

  • Consumable items (needles, cartridges, inks, anesthetics, etc.)

Shipping & Warranty

  • Shipping costs related to warranty claims or manufacturer service are determined by the manufacturer and are not covered by Element Tattoo Supply unless stated otherwise.

You can send your machine to us for repair by following these instructions:
 
1) Download the USA and Canada Repair Form.
2) Fill out the repair form completely*
3) Print it out
4) Make copies for your records
5) Add them to your package
6) Remove the batteries from the machine or EnGen before shipping. Do NOT send batteries to the repair center.
