At Element Tattoo Supply, certain products are classified as bulk items due to their size, weight, quantity, or special handling requirements. Please review this policy carefully before placing a bulk order.

What Qualifies as a Bulk Item

Bulk items may include, but are not limited to:

  • Large-quantity supply orders

  • Tattoo furniture or large equipment

  • Heavy or oversized products

  • Palletized or freight shipments

  • High-volume OEM or wholesale packs

Bulk classification is determined at the discretion of Element Tattoo Supply based on shipping, handling, and logistics requirements.

Shipping for Bulk Items

  • Bulk items may require freight, pallet, or oversized shipping methods.

  • Bulk items are excluded from flat-rate shipping.

  • Shipping for bulk items is calculated based on weight, dimensions, and delivery requirements.

  • In some cases, we may contact you after checkout to confirm additional shipping charges before fulfillment.

  • Delivery timelines for bulk items may be longer than standard parcel shipments.

  • Shipping and freight fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • All bulk items are final sale unless otherwise stated in writing prior to purchase.

  • Bulk items are not eligible for return or refund once shipped due to handling and freight costs.

  • Cancellations must be requested before the order is processed or shipped.

  • Orders canceled after processing may be subject to restocking, handling, or freight fees.

Damaged or Defective Bulk Items

  • Any damage or defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Customers must retain all original packaging and provide photos or documentation if requested.

  • Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.

Delivery Responsibility
