PRODUCT RETURNS POLICY

- Eligible products must be received by us within 30 days from the time of the original delivery.
- Eligible products must not have been used and must be returned with all the original packaging.
- The following products are NOT eligible for return:
- Tattoo Machines
- Tattoo Ink
- Tattoo Needles or Cartridges
- Tattoo Anesthetics
    - Returned items are subjected to a 20% restock fee.
    - Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item.
    - Returns are refunded in the form of store credit.

      REFUND POLICY

      - Refunds are always in the form of a store credit.
      - Shipping fees paid are not refundable.
