Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests are handled based on the status of the order at the time of cancellation
Order Unfulfilled (not Shipped)
Orders that have not left our facility may be canceled for a full refund.
Order Fulfilled - In transit
Orders that have been shipped and are still in transit, the Customers may refuse delivery and have the package returned to us. Once received, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. If the package was not opened and in its original packaging we can waive the 20% restocking fee.
Order Fulfilled - Delivered
Customers may return eligible items at their own expense. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the order amount minus a 20% restocking fee.
All returns must meet the requirements outlined in our return policy, including being unused, unopened, in original packaging, and returned within the approved return period.
